Thoughts on a rare Clapton single from 1970

The B-side of "Tell The Truth."

This is random, but I figured I'd ask: Does anyone out there have the "Tell The Truth" / "Roll It Over" single by Derek and The Dominos? Does anyone know what it's worth?

It was released on Atco Records in 1970 -- and then pulled ASAP, as in, a day (or a few hours) later or something like that, sort of like The Beatles' "Butcher Cover."

The band actually scrapped this entire fast, choppy, crazy version of the song and recorded it again a few months later for inclusion on the LAYLA AND OTHER ASSORTED LOVE SONGS album. The officially released version is much more laid back; it's the version Clapton plays on the latest Crossroads Guitar Festival DVD.

Besides a day or two in 1970, these two recordings didn't see the light of day until CROSSROADS, Eric Clapton's big, grey box set, was released in 1985.

The B-side ("Roll It Over") is interesting because it features George Harrison and Dave Mason on guitar -- and it happens to be a very cool song with a great wha-wha solo by EC.

The single seems to be so rare that no one has written anything about it online. Wikipedia gives the entire issue a sentence or two.

Again, I ask you, what is it worth? How many of these singles are out there? Is there a "Tell The Truth" / "Roll It Over" expert among you?
